Rev. Matthew Mouliert, Senior Pastor

Matthew Mouliert is the Senior Pastor at PHWF. He is a gifted communicator and loves sharing God’s Word creatively. He has been in ministry for over 20 years.

Mat grew up in South Jersey and accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of seven. It was not long after that he knew God wanted him to be a pastor. He graduated from Southeastern University in Florida with a degree in Pastoral Ministries. After college, he spent several years as a youth pastor in Brooklyn, NY where he met his wife Yvette. Mat later moved to upstate NY, where he was an associate pastor in the Utica area. In 2001, he returned to New Jersey to work on staff at PHWF. He was installed as the Senior Pastor two years later.

Mat and Yvette have two wonderful boys - Jake & Luke - and a hamster named Rocky. Mat loves spending time with his family and enjoys watching (and occasionally playing) sports. He is a fan of the Eagles, Phillies, Flyers and Sixers!

Mat’s favorite Bible verse is John 3:30: “He must become greater; I must become less."
